刚刚看完芮成钢的领导者节目,采访的是英国金融服务管理局主席,也谈到Too big to fail的事情，主席说，我们讲too big to fail是指金融行业自身要有足够的资本，在行业倒闭时，能保证收到损害的只是该行业其也的股东，而不会影响别人，以他的说法，要想Bail out美国，估计担子要落在我们新型经济体上了，让他们有资金，在Fail时不会给我们带来过大的影响~

金融行业就是靠风险吃饭。好年景的时候他们挣钱，经济不景气的现在，面对一些风险也是应该的。就怕撑不住了还得哭着找zf要钱。
不景气的时候，所有债务状况都好不到哪里去。希腊债务危机只是一个代表，咱们的地方债也不怎么乐观。当然，咱们有信心，这就是所谓的社义国有银行的优越性。

For Greece, the crisis will affect the global economy situations and the financial markets, and it is not only for the country its own or the euro zone, but the whole world will have to face the impacts. After Greece, what will happen to Portugal, Spain, Italy and Ireland is still a big concern.
