上个礼拜第一财经日报头版头条就说中国地方债的事儿。国内几个大机构统计结果谬之千里，最可笑的是和穆迪的统计结果差了3.5万亿，虽说是人民币，数字已经和国内的外汇储备总额差不多了。一个地方债的统计差了这么多，国内的监管还有谁相信。
另外，统计的差额基本体现在一些潜在坏账上面，这种报喜不报忧的体制让人担心。和以前荷兰银行的CRO聊过之后，他也说现在中国的危机已经体现出来了，也是国外对冲基金开始赚钱的时候了。
