各位，请教一下我的电脑内存是2G的，为什么用set memory 1200m后，STATA11.0显示的是
op.sys.refues to provide memory r(909),请问怎么扩大MEMORY呢

虽然内存是 2G, 但由于安装了系统软件，其他软件，自由的空间其实已经很小了。而Stata所占用的空间只能从这些自由的空间中分配。

意思是最大空间就只能这样了，没有办法了哈

可以关掉不必要的程序和系统服务然后重启stata试试。

32位windows最大调动的内存似乎只有2.92G（即使你的内存条更大）。

Christopher F Baum：
The memory available to Stata may be considerably less than the
amount of RAM installed on your computer. If you have a 32-bit
operating system, it does not matter that you might have 4 Gb or more
of RAM installed; Stata will only be able to access about 1 Gb,
depending on other processes’ demands.
