Client Service Assistant
The CSA title is awarded to qualified recruits whohave less than 2 years total working experience and lack PR working experience,for example fresh university graduates.
The CSA job role is to assist our consultants intheir daily work. This gives the CSA a chance to learn the basics of PR andbecome a qualified Client Service Executive.
Mainresponsibilities include:
Ø Independentlyand proactively carry out tasks delegated by team leader.
Ø 协助Teamleader进行项目组管理各相关工作。
Ø Canaccurately provide documentation and reports: Fact sheets & backgrounds,Clipping summaries, Venue check reports, Media visit reports. Etc.
Ø 能够准确地提供文件和报告：包括实际报道和背景调查，剪报总结，场地报告和媒体访问报告等。
Ø Ableto identify media angles and opportunities and to brief journalists to ensureexposure of client key messages.
Ø 具有媒体敏感度，能够将客户关键信息简明向记者阐述
Ø Draftsmonthly client media plan and coverage report for approval by team leader.
Ø 根据项目制定媒介宣传策略，完成媒体公关、宣传等策略方案的撰写
Requirements of Job-Holder:
Ø College degree
Ø 大学专科以上
Ø At least 1 year ofexperience preferable with PR agency with proven results
Ø 至少1年以上公关从业背景
Ø Good communicationskill and interpersonal skill
Ø 良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力
Ø Proficient in MS officeoperation, including Excel, Word, PPT;
Ø 熟练掌握office办公软件，包括Excel，Word，PPT
Ø Excellent verbaland written communications skills both in Chinese and English
Ø 良好的中英文书面与口头沟通能力
Ø Mature,initiative, responsible and result oriented. Be able to work under pressure andwork independently in a short time.
Ø 成熟、积极，工作努力，抗压能力强
