政策判断

　　加息时点将延后但不取消

　　鲁政委表示，美国“主权信用评级下调”冲击应是短暂的，其对国际金融市场冲击预计在本周内可能平复。但这一事件可能导致我国政策调整时点延迟。不过，“延迟”不等于“取消”，只是试图在观察清楚金融市场的反应后再采取行动。在国际金融市场平复之前央行不大会加息，但是在市场企稳之后，仍有1-2次加息可能。

　　赵庆明认为，从CPI以及国内的经济状况来判断，我国当前依然存在加息的必要性，但是从外部环境来说，由于我国经济已高度融合于全球经济，当前环境下若贸然加息会加大热钱流入力度，对我国经济不利。因此，出于对外部环境的担忧，未来加息可能会更加谨慎。

As what Stephen N.S. Cheung told us，that the minor Enterprises could not borrow money from bank in this rate which leds to the lower employment rate and then，we could not purchase those commodities in a normal prices.  The GDP mostly based on the real estate should be change！But how？From my point of view, the priority is to help the minor enterprises and High-tech industry, not giving them money but policy to help them in make a loan, then the inflation could be easier for the government.

Cheung told us， that minor Enterprises could not borrow money from in this rate for its higher cost，and with the high taxes and minimum wage standard， the situation of minor Enterprises is not so good. So it could leds to that the GDP still consist of  High price of house and relevant industry. Why not help the minor enterprises and high-tech industry without money but policies to propel the development. Then the inflation could be easier for government to resolve and we could have more chance to be employed and consume in a lower price lvl.
