I think if the inflation keeps go on in China, it will be critical to China's development and to the sentiment of ordinary people's happiness. If the growth rate doesn't stop, maybe the further rate increase still can be expected.
Does the increased rate do much harm to the global economy? I guess in most extent, it impacts China's domestic economy, not so much to the others.

I do think China is not necessary to increase interest rate tocurb inflation. Unlike US OR EU, China can use fiscal policy to boost the economy as the we have little debt in our current account. More Stimulus Plan!~the stock market almost collapses!!!I need bull!!!

Now the PBoC encourages banks to lend money to SME to stimulate economy. At the meantime, CBRC creates more limitations on the connection of banks and trusts. However, some so called asset management companies are coming into the market because they are not audited by CBRC. Since we still have many loopholes in the supervision, the SME will have a much longer period of struggle from funding liquidity risk.

Some stocks are at low prices now. Although I am stuck in the market, I am considering buying more funds or shares within a month. At least it will go up one day.

I have actually a bearish view on the stock market. As the QE3 is possibly coming, the inflation in emerging markets is still a major concern. With the high inflation and the expectation of interest rate increasing, it is difficult to hold a bullish view on stock market. I hope the restructuring of Chinese economic model will come sooner.  Creativity and innovation! The most important thing for the future!

I completely agree with you! So I should reconsider when and how much I buy funds and shares.

Inflation is a big problem. however, in unprecedented global circumstances, i guess we have no choice to do this.
because stagflation is more horrible.

the borrowing rate is really high , if still raising Interest Rate ,it will give a big hit on chinese small and medium enterprises . as the recent surveys ,their  financing is  in very bad situation .
