按照http://support.vitalsource.com/kb/vbs-ts/bookshelf-will-not-launch上的操作进行了如下操作,还是不能运行成功

Steps to resolve Bookshelf not launching in Windows XP SP2.
- Restart your computer and try to launch Bookshelf. If Bookshelf does not launch continue.
- Go to your My Documents folder and locate the My Books folder. (C:\Documents and Settings\YourAccount\My Documents\My Books)
- Once you have located the My Books folder, rename it to be My Books Old
- Launch VitalSource Bookshelf.
- Bookshelf should launch. Once Launched click the Sign-In button and sign in with your email address and password.
- Once signed in, go to the File Menu and choose the Restore from Backup... menu option.
- Go to the following file: C:\Documents and Settings\YourAccount\My Documents\My Books Old\VitalSource Bookshelf\User Data\Notes.db This will restore your notes and highlights.
- Once your Notes and Highlights have been restored you can delete the My Books Old folder.
