From this point of view, decoration plays a vital role in every field. It reminds me of the article about the luxuries. Those own luxuries have more access to money, which may give them more chances to buy luxury goods. It is the similar with the stock market.
Maybe ordinary people make investment decisions mainly on the debt rate, but not on the background. In my original opinion, I think the US situation is what we all can see, the bone of contention is whether or not decrease its debt rating, which is in fact a form. The substance is over there as everyone knows that the US has huge deficit and cannot make its ends meet without any inflow of fund, whether it is from debt or tax-raising.

That loyalty to the dollar cannot be assumed, even in the places where it is most deserved
