Primary JobResponsibilities
1. Work with businessand analytical partners to support analytics for Affiliates on businessoptimization, pricing model, ROI analysis and business insight development.
2. Apply advancedstatistical/econometric modeling tools to develop robust predicative models tosupport business initiatives in acquisition, retention, cross sell and customerexperience management for various lines-of-business.
3. Work with datawarehouse and other internal data platforms to extract publisher informationand profile publisher behavior to support various strategic businessinitiatives.
4. Design sound testsusing the method of experimental design to maximize learning using limitedresources.
Job Requirements
1. Great business senseand superior analytical skills with the ability of understanding businessproblems, developing innovative and practical solutions to solve complexproblems, articulating and communicating to the business partners and executeon solutions.
2. Strong knowledge ofadvanced statistical principles such as linear regression, logistic regression,multivariate analysis, factor analysis, survival analysis, clustering,segmentation and experimental design.
3. Proficient in SAS,SQL, VBA programming and Microsoft office. Working knowledge of advanced datamining tools such as SAS Enterprise miner is a plus.
4. Extensive experienceand thorough understanding of internet marketing, web analytics, e-commerce andbest practices.
5. Extensive experiencewith large data sets and data manipulation.
6. Strong oral andwritten communication skills in both English and mandarin.
7. Ability tomulti-task, handle multiple projects with demonstrated follow-through.
8. A sense of humor, personalintegrity, and an appreciation for team-work.
9. Advanced degree inquantitative fields such as statistics, economics, mathematics, computerscience, operations research or MBA.
10. 3+ years ofmarketing and business analytics experience.
