There is a dilema here.On the one hand ,the recovery of the global economy is strongly influenced by the healthy of U.S ,especially some developing countries that depend on the export.On the other hand,U.S inclines to attribute its misfunction of domestic market to the developing countries like the BRIC,insisting that the advantages of cheap laboure and government  intervention have stopped the world from retriving.No more obvious is the fact that the bulk of profit enters into the pockets of American while developing countries sacrifice their environment and resources to hold the rest.Now that the dismal figure of payroll has discouraged the confidence of American,the politicans have enough reasons to find a scapegoat like China,which is a nightmare for we Chinese.!

As the machine technology develops deeply, the second industry has no need to hire so many labours whose job is taken place by diffierent kinds of machine.Moreover, America have no such power to start on infrastructure in everywhere quickly which can attrack large amount of labours like China.
In my opinion, The US employment rate has only returned the level that it should be, The gloriousness of the employment In former decades years is contributed to by the overconsuming by the policy from Alan Greenspan's Federal Reserve and Government.When this glorious went to the end because of the financial crisis.
the employment rate is hard to return.because it should have droped down as  machining civilization evolves continously.

I do not want to see QE3!
