    After reading the passage, I've drawed a conclusion whether China give a hand to Euro-region depends on themselves,not our country. What we gain is not equal to what we lose. They don't treat fairly to the foreign investment enterprise of our country. What's more, with the advent of deadline 2016, western countries haven't recognized the market economy status of China yet.  And thinking about the financial crisis, it's just a common program of economy cycle in capitalist society . Of course, it does cause great turmoil with  S & P cutting down some countries' sovereign credit rating.
    we are not bound to be a helper when every financial crisis breaks down. it's not for a good so-called imaginary reputation, for real benefit to every Chinese people. In another hand, our government has much to do with domestic economy problems, though Reform and Opening-up policy certainly has brought us  a growing increasingly economy. Please do the deed in need!
