Sorry for type English as I stayed abroad. Frankly speaking, if you really don't like the job, just go away, but you have to make sure a couple things: 1st, what is your career path? what is your 3-5 years plan. Do you want to work at investment bank or finiancial advisor , event quantitative analyst, either risk manager?
If you don't want to be in that commercial bank, you have a lot of choice.
As you know, private equity/venture capital in China is blooming, so you can try that one.
I am working as quantitative analyst for risk managment area in U.S., risk management in china is just in the beginning step, go for it, you will have a good perspective.
Also, sink in your current job for 1 year, culmulating work experience and preparing for GRE or GMAT, TOFEL at the same time, learning abroad after one year!!!
I graduated from U of Minnesota(Twin Cities) Financial Mathematics program. Studying in the U.S. would be great experience for you.
