i just write an email to SOA, and ask very sincerely. It is just an individual request, and you should note that the SOA has no reimbursement policy for undergraduates. I don't think it is likely for me to get approved in the end.

Did you buy the e-version of pak study manual?

I will buy it after I have a credit card. I guess I will apply for a credit card within the next 14 days.
