  Wow.  This was nice.  It had speed and you had control of your inserted syllable problem.
  I heard one use of "finance" with wrong syllable stress.  Watch that.  I heard "Texas" instead of "taxes."  Need a better [ae] on the first vowel to differentiate these two minimal pairs of words.
  The word "return" also sounded more like "re-tuhn"  Use our [ir] sound instead!  re-tirn.
Lastly, the word "world" must be worked on.  We need to hear that [L] in that word so that it doesn't sound like the word "word."  So pretend there are two [L]'s in the word and hold the L there and voice it more before you slide into the [d].
