学校对博士后的工资福利和社会保险实行补贴政策，补贴期为二年。补贴方案如下：
（1）世界排名前200名（含）大学毕业的博士到我校从事博士后研究工作，学校补贴年薪8万元/人。
（2）海外著名大学的博士到我校从事博士后研究工作，学校补贴年薪6万/人。
（3）其他，文理科补贴年薪5万/人，工科补贴年薪4万/人。
