一、会议简介
ICETEM 2012 会议由IEEE北京分会主办、重庆大学、陕西科技大学、郑州航空工业管理学院、河南工业大学联合举办。
同以往会议一样，ICETEM 2012审核并接受的所有论文将被IEEE出版，并确保100%被IEEE和ISTP检索。我们郑重承诺，大会接受的所有论文，如未被EI检索，我们将退还作者全部费用。
二、会议及征文主题
2012IEEE经济管理与工程技术国际会议是展示经济管理与工程技术等领域最新技术发展和研究结果的学术论坛，本次会议将吸引全世界在相关领域的顶级学者。

IEEE自2011年9月起，提高了对学术会议质量的要求，大幅削减了会议数量，尤其是中国区域。经IEEE严格审核，批准的IEEE ICETEM2012（2012 工程技术与经济管理国际会议）将严格按照标准，力争举办一次高水平的学术会议，为了保证会议质量和文章顺利被EI检索，我们根据IEEE的要求，ICETEM2012组委会（www.icemet.org ）设立如下措施：
1.为鼓励优秀作者投稿参会，表彰优秀论文，特设立优秀论文奖，一等奖奖励现金人民币3000元，二等奖奖励人民币现金500元，三等奖奖励现金300元。
2.为保证论文质量，每篇论文篇幅不得少于4页，获奖论文篇幅不少于5页，其中一等奖论文篇幅不少于7页。对一等奖论文，组委会将推荐至SCI期刊发表。
3.为防止学术不端行为，稿件一经接受，第一作者姓名不得更改。
4.论文若出现剽窃行为(经检测，大篇幅地雷同)将被IEEE列入黑名单，2年内拒绝参加IEEE的各类学术交流活动。
5.凡投稿作者无特殊原因，都应参会。
6.凡参会作者，都必须准备PPT文件，并在小组学术交流中就自己的研究方向或论文进行发言，发言时英文词汇不少于50%，时间在5-25分钟。

Since September 2011, IEEE improve the quality requirements of the academic meetings, meeting quantity sharply slashed, especially in China area.  
ICETEM2012 (2012 IEEE International Conference on Engineering Technology and Economic Management) will be in strict accordance with standard of IEEE, strive to hold a high-level academic conference, in order to guarantee the conference quality , According to the requirements of the IEEE, ICETEM2012 organizing committee (www.icemet.org) set up the following measures:
1. To encourage excellent author to attend the conference, set up good paper award, the first prize award  ￥3000, the second prize award ￥500 , the third prize award ￥300 .
2. To ensure the quality of paper, the length of each paper shall not be less than 4 pages, the length of awards paper no less than 5 pages , including the first prize paper not less than 7 pages ,for the first prize papers, the organizing committee will recommend to SCI journals
3. To prevent academic misconduct, manuscript once accepted, the first author's name can not be changed
4. Paper if appear plagiarism (after the examination, the great length similar to others) will be blacklist by IEEE, who will be refuse to take part in all kinds of academic activities of IEEE in 2 years
5. All the authors should attend the meetings without special reasons.
6. All the authors, should prepare PPT file, take part in the academic discussions with their own research direction, English vocabulary in the statement should no less than 50%, in 5-25 minutes.
