I think one of the main reason that the "WWW" existing is that there are sharing resources in the interest and they are feel in some unique forms. If such freedom is gone, I believe the "WWW" is losing its meaning. It becomes meaningless in some way. There is always someway to shard on the web and I hope the U.S. government is not going too extreme while finger pointing other countries having too strict on the Webs.
