论坛上有没有人参加香港的ISBM2012的会议。注册费怎么给啊？

这是他给的一个Conference Fee for ISBM 2012，为什么不是用信用卡打过去呢，这样靠谱吗？

Instructions on How to Use This Form:

1. Please fill out the credit card payment authorization form below.

2. Print out the authorization form and please sign your name on the "Cardholder’s Signature" line.
