I believe going for an IPO in the US is more complex than doing the RTO.  The RTO is what is happening now for lots of Chinese companies, and of course, these group of Companies are in the water now. I haven't seen many of the IPO companies having issue in it because the major issue now is the Short saler report which is exposing those Companies into the surface.  RTO is a very sensitive word in the stock market now. I think for those Companies in China thinking RTO into the US market, they have to rethink again, unless the Company itself is in a good shape.
