Shenzhen International Airport (SACL) announced a detailed plan on the operating asset acquisition from its parent company today (February 1,2007). Target assets include: the runway, apron for terminal building A and B (as well as the associated land usage right), and 30% stake in Shenzhen Airport Logistics Park. The total acquisition cost will be around Rmb1.23 bn. The company plans to issue 250.6mn additional A-shares, at Rmb4.90 per share, to the parent company to fund the transaction
