in China，High-speed trains, low-speed service……

once i read a piece of news about negative impact building high-speed rail. one of most important influence is it will largely jeopardize on the structure of earth. the conclusion of that is we should make a decision prudently before bulid it~

It's not just a problem of cost or employment. More importance should be attached to revenues from the huge project. According to the data published by the State Auditing Administration yesterday, the amount of debt owed by Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway reaches 8.2 billion RMB.

It shows that the journey of building high-speed trains in America is never easy and money is the biggest problem.

For me, it's necessary to build high-speed trains in California not only because it can bring the "twofer" just as Obama said, but also because demand for high-speed trains becomes bigger under the push of significantly growing population and it has a governor who may spare no effort to support the project. It's just the right time, the right place and the right person.

Besides, once done, other states will follow, which will definitely help American economic boom. So we should not stop building high-speed trains just because of the money problem or change the beginning place just because it's much easier. After all, it's a long-term project which takes a long-term sight.  

In my point,like this infrastructure construction of high-speed trains should be encouraged.Even though it causes some technical or operational problem,also bring unexpected result,we can not deny his great role of people's livelihood.

In China, bullet trains are really fast, clean and comfortable compared to former general trains. They facillitate the travelling trip of businessmen from inner city to city, especially when the distance is not very far, which makes the train more convenient than going by plane and even saves more time as the latter need to arrive at the airport ahead of time and wait for hours.  

China is the main leader in running bullet trains. As there are many Chinese-Americans in the US, I think they will recommend to develop bullet trains in America once they feel the advantage of them when travelling in China.
