First of all, due to the extensiveness of earthquakes and "electricity shortage" on nuclear power accident, it stimulus the Japanese public‘s conscienceness to save energy. and then In order to gradually get rid of nuclear power,  Japan has formulated and go through the "renewable energy special measures bill".

请特别注意标点符号和下一个英语单词之间一定要空一个字符,这一点很多人都不注意.另外每段和下一段之间最好要空一行,每一行的首个单词顶头写,这一点也一定要注意.

I'm very difficult to understand the paper, since it has many technical terms. But the Chinese version is very interesting.
