Why would goverments or politicians focus their main goal on unemployment rate? That is what a developped country need to consider. I think currently in china, we should care more about our average income and economic development, without a better economy, 0 unemployment rate is also bad!!

it is encouraging to get apprication from audience on personal ideas, i will be an active participant of the column--my favorite

Full employment can not be met, but some new jobs should be created if it is possible, and training for skills in order to fill in those skilled jobs can also help in some aspect.

all factors  are closely related,unemployment is of course a sign of economic development

I have learned macro economics before, and I know unemployment rate is useful to economics. But it is called westen economics, isn't it?

The good news of  labor market convey a positive signal of America's economy. The indicators used in the report show the labor market starting to thaw.
a.nearly 3.5 million job opening
b.hires are up to 4.4 million
c.an uptick in voluntary quits

However,while thousands of new jobs are created,  there isn't a massive shifting of the jobless onto payrolls.
What we have to notice is that any country's labor market has its features. When we analyse one country's labor market,to master the features is important. The government should suit its methods to the situation.
In China, the labor market is very unhealthy. The problem of migrant works is still unsolved and the number of migrant works takes almost a share of  1/5  in  the whole population.Futhermore,  the development of small or middle company which creat the most jobs is very tortuous.  And there are too many problems.
What we can do is to strength ourselves to meet the labor market.
