Unemployment has been a serious problem all over the world, not only in foreign countries, but also in China. There are many reason for this issue, however, the following reason, which i think, may be very improtant ones.
first, the status of development of economy. however, its effect degree on different countries are different. For west countries, it may be a major problem, and have some more serious effect on unemployment than that for China.
second, relevant policy for seeking jobs or education, i think its may be a major concern for China. in the last few years, there are too many students entering into univeristy, but obviously, the government didn't think how they can find a job when they graduated.
third, the workers' ability, this is both improtant for west countries and for China.

Sometimes I wonder which is better, doing nothing by interference or striving to change something. The idea comes from someday I found the webpage of a familiar website suddenly changed and I felt awkward in using the new-styled webpage, not knowing whether it really made improvement compared to the former format.
From behavioral science, changing is an active transformation which can motivate the doer. Then what else? Just he labors and gets a pay, which is the ultimate goal?
