读文有奖题目——哪个区域的经济在中国将有最大发展潜力？

楼主的问题实际上就是一个大的研究项目!

1、标准：评价最大发展潜力的标准目前是不确定的。

2、如果非要说出个什么东东，个人认为：长三角区域经济的领先地位在未来20年都是不可动摇的。

3、而从发展内涵竞争力来看，环渤海湾地区将是中国唯一有可能超越长三角地区的实力的地区。

版主的题目出的好难呀！

1、首先，经济学讲究的是参照标准，“最有潜力”这个标准实际上本身就是个大题目。

2、以目前发展现状来看，长三角地区将在未来20年内仍然将是中国区域经济发展领先的地区，当然，这要依靠该地区区域内产业升级的效果如何来判定——这无疑又是个大题目。

3、对比珠三角和环渤海湾地区，个人认为环渤海湾地区将中国未来20发展速度最快的区，当然，这也依靠该地区在未来对区域内经济增长点进行整合的力度如何，一个最基本的就是环渤海湾地区和津京冀唐区域行政管理体制的有效配置，相比长三角，该项地区的弱项也在此。珠三角地区如果不能改变整个地区的产业结构、产业组织形式和有效地增加地区对人力资源的吸引力，它将在未来逐步衰退。——又是个大题目。。。

4、其他的二级发展核心潜力地区将主要在武汉、南京和重庆三大地区展开。武汉都市圈是最些年来中部四大城市带发展效果最显著的地区，（本人认为，它有可能和南京角逐中国下一个直辖市）而南京地区，由于由于位居长三角过去的边缘地带，虽然现在长三角地区逐步扩张到23个市，但，后增加的7个地区增长有限，同时由于南京地区本身的产业、制度等相关原因，也导致了近些年它的发展还落后于苏州、常州等地。——好大的题目撒。。。

个人的观点，倾向于环渤海湾地区未来20年的突破。

首先，赞同你们的观点。其实，即便是一个看似（或一眼看上去）很小的题目，个人的学术基础不一、经历不一、学识广博程度不一都会对“小”的程度评价不一。

其次，本栏目设定的原因，主要在于激发大家发言的积极性，希望大家要勤动笔头。即便是观点偏激，只要是用心想过了也可以得到奖励（如果我没有看到大家回复，请发短期到我邮箱申请奖励）

In my opinion, it is no doubt that Yangzi river delta region is the best and will be the best developed regions for a long time.

First, the foundation is the best among the three eastern economic regions, Shanghai use to be one of the most opened city in East Asia, and more developed than Hong Kong before 1949. Shanghai has good industry foundation before and after 1949. Zhejiang and Jiangsu province are also well known as “ land rich in fish and rice” with their particular favorable nature conditions. Compare with Yangzi river delta region, Jingjinji Region is too cold and Pearl delta region is too hot to develop, the geography condition are also not as good and Yangzi river delta region.

Second, the region has good human capital. Many universities and institutes located in Shanghai, Hangzhou and Nanjing can provide sound support to firms the region development. By comparison, Pearl delta region is quite short of good local human capitals. Only Beijing, the capital of China, can rival the Yangzi region, however the relation between industry and university’s relation is not so good, the technology can’t transform into high value commodities efficiently in Jingjinji region.

Third, the region enjoys high level of marketlization and globalization. Since open reform policy in 1978, large quantity of FDI poured in the region, the FDI does not only solve the capital deficiency problem, but also drive many civil enterprises developed with swift race. The FDI can have positive knowledge spillover to local firms by agglomeration and interaction. Pearl delta region has more export-oriented economics since it adjacent to Hong Kong and Macau. However, study has shown that local enterprise can absorb the knowledge and technology spillover efficiently only if it has good technique basement. The Pearl delta region, which developed from simple processing industries using cheap labor and land, apparently don’t have good potential to absorb the spillover. The foreign industries don’t embed in the region, once external condition changed, they may flow to other regions. As indicated by many Taiwan enterprises move from Dongguan to Suzhou in recent years.

Fourth, the Yangzi delta region has the best developed urbanization system. It has proper number of large middle, small cities. So large city can easily bring along the less advance cities and lead the whole region develops. Jingjinji lack of mid-level cities and Pearl delta region lack of enough small cities. What’s more, because mountains exist in north area of Guangdong province, the Pearl delta region can’t extent smoothly to the north areas.

In all, I think Yangzi river region will be distinguished from any other regions in China for a long time. I agree that Jingjinji region will have a good prospect because of Binhai new area development which heavily supported by central government. I don’t think it has good prospect as Pudong district. All the development must be attribute to market rather than government. The government can only help to set up a good market environment rather than help plan the regions. The Jingjinji region obvious has a long time to build good market environment, it may be even long time to catch up with Yangzi delta region.

Comparing with the country, there are perfect municipal facilities, convenient communication system, and the management with high intelligence, all of which bring the high efficiency to our life.On the other hand, the high efficiency of the city also plays a role as an engine, which drives the city to develop better.

City affects many areas in our daily lives.

1.City promotes the development of the business and brings perfect shopping environment, professional goods and services that country cannot provide.

2.Compared with rural life , you can enjoy night-life and rich entertainment in city.

3.Relatively speaking ,city has developed education and strongly cultural atmosphere.

4.As referred above ,perfect municipal facilities in city can attract more foreign investment and provide more opportunity of jobs and high-income.

5.Generally speaking , city often lead the trend of fashion and bring creativity , reform , progress and so on .
