Basel III was extoled by experts and financial professors that it will be a savior for financial crisis, but it can hardly be. The real measure really take effect to date is "pressure test" which claims just a week ago Citi Bank fails to pass. But I didn't know details, financial techinicals, accounting terms and international manipulation, and all those factors may contribute to another crafty plot by Goldman Sachs to hide risk and again cause financial trama. Anyway, not a wise action to place hope in Base III in preventing financial crisis.
