公司简介：
北京冶乐咨询有限公司（ELA Bridge Associates）是一家小型咨询公司，提供快消品营销/零售管理方面的咨询与培训。我们长期协作的客户包括百事集团、联合利华、蒙牛乳业、箭牌、美赞臣、大宝/强生、家乐氏谷物早餐、贝因美等等。基于在快速消费品与零售方面的专长，我们也为投资机构提供零售方面的投资/并购咨询。
公司合伙人毕业于美国宾州大学沃顿商学院（U. Penn., Wharton School），在快消/零售行业有二十余年的丰富经验。其他核心成员也来自快消/零售行业全球500强企业， 小团队，但有丰富的快销/零售经验。

招聘职位：
l 咨询师 Consultant
l 助理咨询师Junior Consultant
l 实习生Intern（每周3天或以上）
工作职责：
l 咨询/培训项目的调研、分析
l 参与咨询项目的开展、执行
l 快消/零售行业培训相关课程的开发
职位要求：
l 本科及以上学历，无专业限制 – 理工背景但对快销/零售有兴趣的也欢迎
l 有快消/零售行业相关实习/工作经验者优先， 但非必要
l 因实际工作需要，我们要求相当高的英文沟通水平（口头、书面）
对于表现优秀的2012年毕业学生，我们将考虑发出全职offer

Qualifications:

l Excellentcommunication skills in English and Mandarin (both oral and written)
