新人，有新人的“价格”，经验提升一个人的“价格”。后续培训、经验能够提升个人价值，才会有人肯出更高的价格。

Exactly! It's one of those 'nice to have' things you put on your resume. The biggest mistake I've seen is unrealistic expectaction after passing CFA exams. Let's be honest, you still need 4 years of experience before getting your charter. Before that, you can't put ', CFA' after your name.

CFA还是金融行业比较重要的，如果没有这个考试，我们谁会去那么努力地学习英语，还是金融相关的英语，在学习过程中，我们也能学习到很多金融知识，讨论有没有用的前提是你已经拿到了，还没有拿到之前基本都是想象出来的
