Shanghai is No. 15 and BJ No 16.
Most of the cities listed in the top are from asia.
I think that is one of the reason why most of people in China want to emigrate.

Living costs keep rising in China's first-tier cities, which we could sense it in addition to referring to CPI... Currently rent of my apartment cost over 2k/month, accounting for 1/4 monthly salary.... Also price of foods and daily necessities are upsoaring.
