When we talk about the cities which we have to cost a lot to live in, I think we should not just complain about the high accommodation cost and other costs without asking the question that why the costs are so big?
We all know that prices are determined by the supply and demand. The high costs in some cities, like Tokyo, Beijing and Hongkong, mean that there are a lot of people asking for that high price and that there are indeed enough people to afford that price. But why so many people, who always complain about the big cost, choose to live in those cities? Maybe one of the most important reasons for the young people to stay in those cities is that they can find more chances to get success there.
To make the living costs down and to make the city a better place to live, I think that if the government could give more chance to the poor areas and make the young people can get success and live a better life in their cities, the situation would be better.
I am not good at speaking and writing. So there must be a lot of grammtical mistakes in the above. If you can help me to correct it, I will be deeply grateful.
