我单位出国的人占75%，感觉很深，有的回来看东西超级细，而且懂得也广些，有的完全就是英文口语好其他的除了说能说一下午，做不出来啥啊

Of course you need to do some basic investigation at first! It's nonsense to discuss about this, but what all i mean is you can't due your failure to other conditions except your incapability. That's too subjective.

you're right. Personal capability is the most essential condition. What I mean before is that to submit 120 CV is not enough.

Every resume will make a response only when anything is extremely ideal.
Even a talent one who comes from league university or Peking/Tsinghua can not secure it.
When your guys enter into the job market ( US/China ), you will know how many reusumes are required to obtain an interview and how many interviews are required to ensure a decent position.
Anyway, there is no denying the fact some guys mentioned in the article actually failing to do well in hunting a job
