各位有经验的老鸟们，请教一个问题。
我准备报考11月的FRM，但我今天用自己的信用卡在GARP上面在线支付以后收到一封邮件，里面好像是说要确认我的信用卡信息，让我把相关信息传真过去（下面红字部分）。请问一下信用卡在线支付FRM费用后是否还需要将信用卡的相关内容传真纸质内容过去。
09.22添加：信用卡付款快一周了还没收到返回邮件，所以向论坛同事询问一下。

Instructions for Payment by Fax with a Credit Card
1. Print out your invoice.
2. GARP accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
3. Be sure to include your entire credit card number, expiration date and CVV code.
4. Don't forget to sign your authorization.
5. Fax the completed invoice to us at +1 201.222.5022.
我现在确实是烦恼了，不知道如何传真到美国，请各位老鸟指点。
