国内有引进，这是一本相当不错的书，不过比较难，也许学过一般均衡再看这本书会好一些

I finished the course, Financial Economics, taught by Jan Werner last week, and the textbook is just Principles of Financial Economics. Maybe he will add something about Asymmetric Information in new versions of his book.(I am in lab, so can not type Chinese. Sorry.)

Hope you will enjoy this book, though it is an illegal one.
