Merge needs coomon variable

The types for the common variable year( assuming year is the common one, otherwise the question is silly) are different, which definitely cause the problem and it will cause the 'error ' and 'warning'.

Another possible 'warning' could comes from the fact' the two datasets both have the repeated values for 'year' .
