For years the U.S. has limited the importation of sugar into the U.S.  I would like to have students examine this situation and write a one to two page, double spaces, typed paper explaining the history of the sugar quota.  Also, explain who benefits and who is harmed.  Why would the U.S. government do this?  What do you think is the right policy and why?  This needs to be in your own words.
