非自愿性失业，又称“需求不足的失业”，指工人愿意接受现行工资水平与工作条件，但仍找不到工作而形成的失业。
自愿失业，工人由于不接受现行的工资或比现行工资稍低的工资而出现的失业现象。

非受迫型失业

不属于失业，labour force are classified as employed and unemployed, while people who are not in the labour force are classified as not available for work( retirees, homemakers, students, etc.) and available but not currently looking for work ( not currently looking for work due to other reasons, discouraged workers).
