我们用的是叫做：investment science的书。比invesment bodie的那个难一些。研究生水平。你可以试试。不用看最后几章，只看到前15章的样子就够了。做个参考不错。还有计量经济学最好看那个叫introduction to financial econometrics的教材。虽然书名上有写叫做introduction,但内容很深，适合有一定计量基础后学习。书里好像没有介绍dummy variable部分，你需要找其他的参考

顶一下。

ＦＲＭ的教材会是很好的选择。

Stephen Ross － Corporate fiannce, Bodie - Investment,

必读的。

看看Options, Futures and other Derivatives, 算是金融界的圣经了
