1. Persoanl achievement.
a. if you want to help people, do not work in China. Because the insurance market in the US a lot bigger. You get to help more people if you move to the US. _
中国是世界第三大保险市场，而保险覆盖率只有2%。如果你真的想帮助别人，可以选择帮助那些更有需要的人。
b. If you want to make money, do not work in China. The starting salary in the US is about TEN times higher than it is in China and you get promotions faster in the US.
美国的生活费也是很多倍于国内。据我个人感觉，算上生活费的话，中美的比例大概是2：1。也就是说，在美国4000刀可以过的生活，中国8000块钱可以过。

c. If you want to work fewer hours, do not work in China. In the US, actuaries working in the insurance industry very rarely work more than 40/week. In china, you might end up working 80 hours/week and get paid 1/10 of what your peers working in the US get.
美国加班的确没有中国多，可是做consulting的精算师做到晚上10点12点也是常有的事，而且都没有加班工资拿。这个年头，谁不加班呢？

d. If you want to have a good lifestyle, do not work in China. In the US, life is simply easier. Being an actuary, you will be able to afford a big house, a big happy family, very good healthcare, very good educations for your kids and a lot more. Generally, working in the US saves you many hassles in life you have to deal with in China.
住得的确很舒服，可是吃得实在不敢恭维，又难吃热量又高。不过本人是个大吃货所以可能我受不了别人还行。生活习惯真的因人而异，没有办法一概而论。

e. If you are ambitious, do not work in China. America is a country of opportunites. If you have true wisdom, you will easily become a billionair. Think about Bill Gates, Mark Zukerburg, larry page, steve jobs... They are all from America. If you want to do something big, stay away from China. Come to America!
比尔盖茨世界上才几个，还是普通人多。朋友公司里，有自己小隔间的清一色白人，至少在中国你概率上还是占优势的。

f. If you hate corporate politics, do not stay in China. We all know politics suck. But how to get rid of it? Well, you might never be able to get rid of it! But moving out of China and starting over in the US might allow you to stay farther away from the nasty corporate politics.
这个赞同，都到别人国家去了，还用得着管政治。

g. If you like being a leader, do not work in China. In the US, your leadership skill and expertise in actuarial science will ganrantee you a success that nothing you get in China is paramount to. If you are a leader, come to America, commit yourself to a good cause and get yourself ready for a real success!
