有考试没有经验的学生的确是越来越多。对于供给部分我觉得有一些不解之处，加拿大每年只招40入门级别的学生是不是可以意味着公司岗位中已经有足够的有经验的人，所以仅仅只需招够能够作为补充这群有经验人群的后备力量就可以了？那就是有经验的人已经饱和了呢？
另外我想问下LZ，是不是专业不在精算统计数学金融会计范围内，就不会进入笔试阶段。换句话而言，进入精算领域是不是要有严格的专业限定

There is usually no 笔试阶段 in Canada. Major is not critical but we usually hire students from actuarial / math / statistics / computer science / economic programs. The reason is simple: you shouldn't expect to find a polar bear in Mexico ......

The market for entry level actuarial analyst is very very small in either Canada or North America because it is a matured industry.

Experienced actuaries are highly welcomed since they can do a lot of more than entry level students can. On the same token, you can predict that a student will move to another company soon (average service year: 2). Companies have no incentive to hire entry level students if they can find experienced actuaries.

如果真如LZ之说，即便我去学也不是特别有希望了，因为我不是那里面的专业。但是我还是会好好学的，多补充点自己的知识。
