working experience is quite important in current society so that you may sign a three year contract and i think at that time you should have a clear career plan. (sorry, university computer doesn't have Chinese input method)

thx for ur helpful proposal ,perhaps i am so greedy that i wanna grasp both  the working experience and the master diploma ,therefore  i am faced with making a tough choice between both difficultly

we both know you just have one choice,and no one could make the decision for you. Different person put forward their opinions from their own perspective, like me, current student may hope to work asap. Maybe you can predict your future career including promotion, salary and social status and check whether it is the life that you pursue.

it will undoubtedly take great risk of resigning from the bank where i am occupied ,however ,i would like to obtain a master degree to get into a better working post ,which leads to an innerside conflict

先工作，再考研。你对社会，对经济有更加清醒的认识。如果现在考研，我想你还是跟刚上大学一样。

有了社会的经验，看问题都不一样吧。
