thanks for your idea.I admit my english is very poor,but I want to try and try.

Is there anyone is interested in studying in Germany or already studied in Germany?

At the university where I study now, it is not required to write a thesis to fulfil the requirements of graduation.
I would like to ask is this a weakness of applying the master programme.
Another question is that the speed of the professors at the universities overseas is very fast? Just like the American Drama? Since I only here part of the sentence, if it is the case, it will be a big problem for me to study overseas.

Glad that you are interested in publishing your work in top journal, there are many factors that you could get your work published, and I will list some of them that I have experienced.
1) Your field of interest, this is probably the most important factor, I studies science and publish in journals that only deals with science, not in other art majors. So most of my advice will be only applicable in science majors. It is very competitive to publish in good journals, fields such as biology, genetics, engineering are among the most difficult to get work published in general, majors such as mathematics, physics, astronomy etc. in other words are better, however, takes longer.
2) The more recent hot topics are easier to catch the eye balls of the editors of top journals, such as big data, data mining, machine learning. Any topic now by mixing the big data with their own fields will be considered a top one.
3) Make sure you have a good team members (the ones you published with), it looks like it is not very important if you have your confidence in your work, however, in most practical scenario, you will notice that to have good teammates and co-authors could help you dramatically in the sense of getting work publish in general, especially in top journals.
4) As a non-English speaker, please do have your manuscript checked out before sending to the journal, I guess you will be not happy to be rejected by journals that indicate you need to fix a lot grammar mistakes before it could be reviewer. One good suggestion is that to find some of your collaborators abroad or published in foreign journals to go through your manuscript thoroughly.
