没几个学校会考计量的prelim....

很多学校有宏观微观的prelim 但是没计量的...

because your school is not good enough....top and a lot of decent programs have three comprehensive exams: micro, macro and econometrics or micro and the other two in which at least one of them is related to econometrics. Normally micro is a must.

If your program only has two qualifiers, well, I have nothing more to say....
