请教一下出现下列结果什么意思？

请教一下，面板数据求滞后项，我才去如下命令，但是出错了，请教一下什么原因？怎么处理呢？
. gen tci2_lag=L.tci2
not sorted
r(5);

我sort year后，还是出现同样的问题，not sortedr(5);
