余琼蕾,女,浙江杭州人,1974年4月生。企业管理博士、副教授,硕士生导师。曾就读于英国赫尔大学,英国谢菲尔德大学。主讲《市场营销管理》、《战略品牌管理》、《消费者行为学》等课程。主要研究领域为市场营销管理、女性营销、内部营销、国际商务,在国内国际期刊上公开发表论文多篇。
