Australia’s Mineral Resource Assessment 2013 is a new product jointly compiled by Geoscience Australia and the Bureau of Resources and Energy Economics.
It is intended to be a regular publication. Production of minerals relies on a series of stages that form a project pipeline. This report breaks the pipeline into four parts – exploration, identification of resources, new mining and associated infrastructure projects and, finally, mineral production.
