关于CHNS社区数据

我已经知晓了社区数据需要申请，但是里面的 IRB 批准书是什么东西？
我是要做一个关于代籍流动的研究，导师说有项指标在社区数据里，不涉及什么人体、心理学实验。
但是 IRB 批准书是个必要的附件，怎么办？


有能切实解决问题的给选答案。

IRB is institutional review board, usually in charge of approving the research proposal and often requiring the applicant to have the training certificate to be eligible. All american universities have such basic requirement for research security

do IRB training first, submit your proposal specifying that your research has no bearing on human subject or other live creatures. IRB often have  meetings every month to decide whether your research proposal is good for the sake of social welfare and most likely approves it. Their approval letter can then be used to apply for the data. Be prepared as it takes over a month usually to get approval. If you are not in good american universities, your IRB approval may not be honored and you may not be able to get the data.

没有，已经放弃
