IPOs in China, 1990 - 2004; obtained from SDC, the most widely used IPO data source;

Data file contains information about bookruners, financial information etc...

Some pre-IPO information may be incomplete for some firms.

I can also provide SEOs and share repurchase data; please bid the price you are willing to pay so I can set the price accordingly.
