Grand River Properties
Grand River Properties is an investment consulting firm to a series of offshore investment funds. The firm’s advisory focus is in the Greater China and Pan-Asia region, with emphasis on real estate sector. Since its establishment in 2003, it has built a continuous successful track record in real estate related investments throughout Asia. The senior team has extensive experience, having worked as senior executives at global institutions such as JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs.
Position: Analyst (Full time)
Specific duties include:
- Customized reporting, information gathering and analytics to the team
- General market research, quantitative analysis, modeling and due diligence for specific listed companies
- Analytical and operational support for real estate projects
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree or significant coursework in relevant areas (business, finance, economics, accounting)
- Excellent time/project management, organizational and follow-up skills; ability to multi-task with attention to detail and deadlines
- Strong quantitative, accounting and financial statement analysis skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure as well as collaborate effectively in team structure
- Strong English proficiency (both oral and written communication)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Prior experience in real estate related investment preferred
- CFA candidates preferred
Start date:
- Strong preference for the right candidates who can start working in the near term
