Things happen.
It is not unusual in the real world.
Actually,
it is unusual if you could find an environment pervasive with fair atmosphere.

You have to grasp it by yourself.

your manager knows what he/she is doing.

Before you take any action,
ask yourself several questions:
1. is there somebody else can do my job?
2. is there somebody else outside can do my job?
3. is there any kind of critical job I am doing while others are also capable of doing it?

If you get even one "yes".
There won't be any positive outcome at all.
