这是我读MBA课程上的一道讨论题，本人是一数学白痴，但求各位高手指点解答，分值12分，所以请积极发挥所“长”（中英文解答皆可）

Suppose a regression of exports as a function of imports in 1991 across all firms in the semi-conductor industry in the United States, yielded an R-Square = .25, an F-Statistic = .25, and a Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) = 30, what would you have to say about this regression.  In addition, describe how you would formulate tests for multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity, and serial correlation.
